Vynce is built for verified college students. These rules keep our community real, respectful, and safe for everyone.

Eligibility & Verification

  • •Accounts require a verified .edu email address.
  • •You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your area) and provide accurate info.
  • •Misrepresenting your identity, student status, or org affiliation can result in immediate account termination.

Respectful Conduct

  • •No harassment, threats, or discrimination against anyone.
  • •No false, misleading, or illegal content.
  • •No spamming, scamming, or impersonating others.

Safe & Lawful Events

  • •Don't organize or promote illegal activities, including underage drinking, drug use, or unauthorized gatherings.
  • •Event organizers are solely responsible for legality, safety, capacity, and any age restrictions.
  • •Alcohol is served only by the venue/host — not by Vynce.

Content & Privacy

  • •You own your content; posting grants Vynce a license to display it on the platform.
  • •No infringing, unlawful, or privacy-violating content. Stories expire automatically.
  • •Vynce may remove any content that violates these terms.

Organization Accountability

  • •Organization accounts must accurately represent their entity and have proper authorization.
  • •Orgs are responsible for all events, promotions, and communications posted under their account.
  • •Vynce may verify, approve, suspend, or remove organization accounts.

Account Action

  • •Vynce may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, act fraudulently, or put the community at risk.
  • •Listings or host accounts may be removed for violations of law, school policy, or national org guidelines.
  • •You can delete your account at any time.

Student Safety Expectations

Attendance at any event is voluntary and at your own risk.

Hosts are solely responsible for verifying age and serving alcohol lawfully.

Vynce does not verify or guarantee any user's eligibility to purchase alcohol.

Look out for your friends, know your limits, and never drink and drive.

Vynce is a discovery platform, not an event host or alcohol retailer. Hosts and venues are solely responsible for compliance with all laws, school policies, and national organization guidelines — including age verification and alcohol service.
